I’ve kept up my “step it up” routine for over a month now and am seeing great results! I’ve lost eight pounds total (see my last post about getting on the scale – or not).
I think part of being able to keep up my success is cutting my portion size a bit and having salad with black olives and other vegetables for lunch most days. The fat from the olives and the density of the salad fills me up and cuts down on snacking later in the day. We’ve been so busy around the office these days, but I will often grab a handful of walnuts around 3 p.m. if I get hungry and then nothing until dinner.
