Nutritious and Delicious: High Protein & High Fiber Meal

Ingredients: organic free-range chicken, sweet potato, organic Greek yogurt, asparagus, cajun seasoning, rosemary, ground pepper

1.      Spice chicken with semi-hot cajun seasoning, rosemary and ground pepper. (120 calories, 24 g protein, 1.5 g fat, O carb)

2.      Prepare one mashed sweet potato and top it with organic Greek yogurt. The yogurt has no fat and adds 12.4 g protein per ½ cup. It also adds some beneficial probiotics. (sweet potato: 4 g protein, 7 g fiber to slow the absorption of 13 g of carbs).

3.      Served on a bed of steamed asparagus. (3 more g of protein, 3 g fiber, 5 g carbs)
