Tip of the Week: Allow Your Body To Recover After Exercising!
Proper recovery allows the body to replenish energy stores, replace fluids, and repair damaged tissues during activity. Without sufficient time to repair and replenish, the body will continue to breakdown tissue from intense exercise.

Take the time to implement these principles into your workout:
- Relax: Let 48 hours pass before working out the same body parts again.
- Stretch: Static, PNF stretching, and even yoga post exercise can help to allow your muscles to relax.
- Sleep: Human Growth Hormone is essential to muscle growth & repair, and it is mainly produced when you sleep.
- Listen: If you feel tired, achy, or are consistently having poor performances during your workouts, you might be over trained. Don’t ignore your body, it’s usually right!
